The Intelligent Integrated Linen Stacker completes the final stage of any high-volume folding line — stacking pre-folded sheets, duvet covers, tablecloths and towels by preset piece counts before they reach packing or wrapping.
The machine builds folded items into stacks to a preset count and can accept linen carrying RFID tags, with the reading system supplied by your chip vendor, removing the need for a dedicated stacking operator. Stack patterns are programmable — from small towels to full-size bed sheets — adapting to mixed linen batches without mechanical adjustment.
Designed to pair directly with upstream automatic linen folders, the stacker maintains continuous throughput without buffer bottlenecks. A compact vertical footprint keeps it viable for laundries where floor space is limited.

DM-01 Stacker: Running Figures and Integration Notes
The lowest-consumption machine on the line: The stacker draws about 0.28 kWh and needs 50 L/h of compressed air. In practice it adds almost nothing to running cost, and the case for it is labour and consistency at the end of the folding line rather than energy.
Single-stack configuration: The DM-01 is a single-stacking unit. It receives folded items and builds stacks to a set count, which is where the manual handling at the end of a line normally goes.
On chips and sorting systems: The structure can accommodate RFID tags fitted to linen, which is how many rental and hospital operations track stock. The reading and sorting system itself comes from a chip supplier rather than from us, so it is worth confirming compatibility with your intended provider at the quotation stage.
Certification and delivery: CE (Machinery, Low Voltage, EMC) plus ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Usually 10 to 15 days from order confirmation.
