2. Washing & Extraction
Washer extractors (15–150 kg) with programmable cycles, auto chemical dosing, and high G-force extraction for faster downstream drying.
3. Drying
Industrial tumble dryers (15–150 kg) with moisture sensing for energy-efficient auto-stop. Steam, electric, or gas heating options.
4. Feeding & Spreading
GSB feeding machines and single/triple-station spreaders automatically align linen for the ironer — reducing labor from 3 operators to 1.
5. Ironing
Flatwork ironers with 1–6 rollers at 3.3m width. More rollers = higher speed. 5–6 roller configs for high-volume plants processing 2,000+ kg/day.
6. Folding & Stacking
Folder machines (ZD-3300V, up to 60 m/min) with auto counting + stacking. Dedicated pillowcase line for small pieces.
