Patented Pillowcase Ironing & Folding Line
Instead of a standalone chest ironer, HOZO’s HPT/HPZ pillowcase ironing line uses a patented S-type dual-sided roller ironing design at a compact 1.4m working width — purpose-built for pillowcases, napkins, and small linens.
How it works: The S-type structure wraps fabric around multiple heated rollers, ironing both sides in a single pass. This delivers equal flatness quality to traditional chest ironers while using only 1/3 of the energy. Low-pressure steam (0.4–0.6 MPa) means you don’t need to upgrade your existing boiler.
Patented technology: HOZO holds the utility model patent for this entire machine — the first and only dedicated pillowcase ironing solution in China. Zero direct competitors. Even other laundry equipment brands have sourced this product from our factory.

The HOZO pillowcase line consists of two machines that work together — typically sold and installed as a set:

Roller options: Standard HPT-1400-E uses 5mm stainless steel rollers. High-capacity HPT-1400-S uses 12mm carbon steel rollers for better heat retention at higher speeds — same principle as the YH-series flatwork ironers.
95% of orders are sold as a set (ironer + folder). The system also handles napkins, hand towels, and other small flat textiles up to 1.4m width.
