The ergonomic manual front feeder is designed for ironing lines where flexibility matters more than full automation — allowing operators to handle mixed fabric types that automated feeders struggle with (irregular shapes, delicate materials, items requiring visual inspection).

GSB-3300 Feeder: Utilities and What It Replaces
What it draws: Total connected load is 9.5 kW, with about 6.8 kWh consumed in normal running. Exhaust air rate is 6,000 m³/h, which needs planning into the room’s ventilation rather than discovering at installation.
Air-assisted feeding, two operators: The GSB uses air pressure to help present linen to the ironer, with two people loading. It is a feeder, not an automatic spreader: sheets are handled by the operators, and the machine controls presentation and speed into the ironer.
Where the payback comes from: Feeding by hand directly onto an ironer is the usual bottleneck on a flatwork line. A feeder keeps the ironer running at its rated speed instead of waiting on operators, which is where the throughput gain shows up rather than in any headline speed figure.
