SXT-120FQ: Utility Load, Build and Paperwork
Largest batch, highest demand: At 120 kg the utility figures step up: roughly 7.92 kWh of electrical load, 1,700 litres per one-wash, two-rinse cycle, and 100 L/h of compressed air. Plants sizing incoming services should budget from these numbers rather than from a smaller model.
Steam: About 85 kg per hour, the highest in the washer-extractor range. An electric-heated build exists but is rarely economical at this capacity, so a boiler is effectively assumed.
Where the load goes: Pneumatic tilting shifts unloading effort off the operator, while extraction forces pass through TWB heavy-duty bearings (Timken-licensed, laundry-duty rated) and SOC V-type water seals. Water-contact parts are 304 stainless steel.
