Shanghai Huazhuo Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.（上海华濯机械制造有限公司）builds industrial laundry equipment in Shanghai, China, and our team brings 30 years of experience in laundry equipment. Our machines run in commercial laundries, hotel and hospital laundry rooms, and central plants across 80+ countries.
We build the equipment. We are not a laundry service and not a trading company.
One Supplier for the Whole Plant
A commercial laundry needs more than one kind of machine, and we make all of them: washer-extractors from 15 to 120 kg, tumble dryers, flatwork ironers, spreader-feeders, folders and stackers, and a patented pillowcase ironing line.
One project, one supplier, one set of specifications that already fit together.
Built Without Shortcuts
Two washer-extractors with identical spec sheets are rarely identical machines, and the difference is almost never something the spec sheet can show. It sits in the preparation work between welding and finishing, in the steps a buyer never sees and has no way to check after delivery.
None of those steps are innovations. They are standard practice in this industry. They are also the first thing a factory quietly drops when it needs to quote lower, precisely because nobody can see what was skipped. We do not drop them, and we do not build a cheaper version for orders that carry someone else’s badge.
That is most of what thirty years actually buys you here: a build sequence nobody has shortened.
Working With Us
OEM and ODM. We build under your brand. Private-label production does not conflict with our own brand programme and never has.
No minimum order. One machine is an order.
Lead time is 10 to 15 days for most configurations, and stock models ship immediately.
Public tenders. When a local distributor or service partner bids on a public tender, we support the bid with product documentation, technical data and manufacturer authorization.

How Delivery and Service Work
Equipment is quoted ex-works, so what you pay for is the machine rather than a bundled service contract. That is a large part of why our pricing sits where it does.
Installation and routine maintenance happen locally, and there is more than one way to arrange it: your own maintenance team, a local partner, or our engineers travelling to your site when a project calls for it, with travel quoted separately.
Whichever route you take, our engineers stay reachable for the life of the machine. Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting are part of what you bought, not an add-on.

We want HOZO Laundry to be the manufacturer a laundry comes back to when it builds its next plant, and the one a distributor is comfortable putting their own name on.
