The ZD-3300V multi-lane linen folder is the final automatic stage in high-throughput flatwork finishing. 4 simultaneous folding channels process different linen items in parallel — sheets, duvet covers, tablecloths, and mixed flat items — at speeds of 10-60 m/min matched to upstream ironer output.
Working width up to 3.3m accommodates full-size king bed linens. A 5-fold knife configuration produces ready-to-stack output in customizable fold patterns via touchscreen programming. The machine pairs directly with Y/YH series flatwork ironers, forming a continuous finishing line that removes the manual folding bottleneck.
Typical users: hotel central laundries, hospital linen services, and commercial laundry plants with 500+ kg/day flatwork volume.

ZD-3300V: Utilities, Components and What They Cost You Later
Almost no electricity, but it needs air: The folder draws about 2.23 kWh. What people miss at planning stage is the compressed air requirement of 400 L/h. A line that runs short of air does not stop, it just starts mis-folding, which is harder to diagnose than a clean breakdown.
Where the pneumatic components come from: Folding is done by air, so the valves and cylinders decide reliability more than the frame does. This machine uses Festo cylinders from Germany and SMC solenoid valves from Japan, with OMRON relays and photoelectric sensors, Panasonic optical switches, Schneider power supplies and LS inverters.
Why that list matters: Pneumatic parts are consumables on a folding machine. Specifying mainstream international brands means a replacement can be sourced locally in most markets instead of waiting on a proprietary part from the original supplier.
