SXT-100FQ 100 kg Tilting Washer Extractor: Specifications and Where It Fits
The 100kg Tilting Washer Extractor combines high-capacity processing with pneumatic tilt unloading — cutting the manual labor required to unload wet linens at this scale. Frequency-controlled motor, programmable wash cycles, stainless steel drum and bearings.
The tilting function works at both loading (flat) and unloading (angled down) positions, allowing single-operator workflow where two-person teams used to be required.
Typical users: commercial laundry facilities processing 600-1000 kg/day, hotel central laundries with 200+ rooms, hospital linen departments.

Running Costs and Build Quality of the SXT-100FQ
What it draws in service: The tilting mechanism adds no meaningful electrical load. In normal operation the SXT-100FQ draws about 7.92 kWh, covering drive motor, inverter and controls, and uses 1,500 litres for a one-wash, two-rinse cycle. Compressed air supply needs to deliver 100 L/h.
Heating: Steam is the standard specification here, at roughly 68 kg per hour. An electric-heated build is available where no boiler exists, but at 100 kg capacity steam is normally the cheaper way to run.
Where wear actually happens: Bearings and water seals decide service life, and neither can be inspected once the machine is plumbed in. This model uses TWB heavy-duty bearings, Timken-licensed for laundry duty, with SOC V-type water seals and 304 stainless steel wherever water makes contact.
Paperwork and timing: CE certified against the Machinery, Low Voltage and EMC Directives, backed by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Lead time normally runs 10 to 15 days after order confirmation; certificate references and a written schedule come on request.

FAQ: SXT Series Tilting Washing Extractor
The SXT series air-operated tilting washer-extractors are designed to fit into most commercial laundry layouts. Installation typically requires a stable floor surface with adequate space for the machine’s dimensions, proper ventilation to dissipate heat generated during operation, and access to compressed air supply for the air-operated system. Additionally, plumbing connections for water inlet and drainage, as well as electrical hookups compatible with local standards, are necessary. Our team provides comprehensive installation guidelines and support to ensure that the SXT series can be efficiently set up in large-scale laundry operations, hotels, hospitals, and central laundry centers.
Yes, with programmable wash cycles, the SXT Series can be customized for various fabric types, including delicates.
The SXT Series features automatic door locks, emergency stop buttons, and an advanced imbalance detection system.
The SXT series tilting washer-extractors generally operate on 380V/50Hz three-phase power, which is standard for heavy-duty laundry equipment. However, for international customers or regions with different voltage requirements, we offer customized power configurations. Whether you need a machine for large-scale commercial laundry facilities or industrial applications, we can tailor the electrical setup to meet your specific needs.
The air-operated tilting function in the SXT series washer-extractors is designed to make unloading large, heavy loads easier and more efficient. By reducing manual handling, this feature helps to prevent worker fatigue and increases operational productivity in commercial and industrial laundry environments. This is especially beneficial for facilities dealing with high volumes of laundry, such as hotels, hospitals, and central laundries, where time and labor savings are critical.
The SXT series washer-extractors are built for heavy-duty use, but regular maintenance is key to ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Key maintenance tasks include checking the air-operated tilting system, inspecting the drum for wear, and cleaning the filters and seals. Following a consistent maintenance schedule will help avoid unexpected downtime, extend the lifespan of the machine, and keep your laundry facility running smoothly, even during peak usage periods.
