Using heavy-duty thick heating drums — 2 to 3 times thicker than standard Y Series rollers — the YH Series maintains stable surface temperature even when processing wet linen at full speed.
Why Thicker Drums Matter
In a standard thin-wall drum (4 mm), wet linen absorbs surface heat faster than the drum can replenish it. At high production speeds, drum temperature drops — and ironing quality drops with it. The YH Series solves this with drums that store substantially more thermal energy: surface temperature stays consistent from the first sheet to the last, regardless of line speed.
