HSG-100T Tilting Split-Door Dryer: Specifications and Where It Fits
The HSG-100T is the HSG-100 forward-airflow industrial tumble dryer with two changes: the machine tilts, and the door is split into an upper and a lower half that open separately. Both make loading and unloading easier, and the machine has a more refined exterior. Drum, fan, heating and output are the same as the HSG-100. In our comparison on a 100 kg towel load, the HSG-100 dried the full batch in 45 minutes, where the HG-100 dried 60 kg in the same time, and used about 100 kg of steam for its 100 kg against about 80 kg for the HG-100’s 60 kg, about a quarter less steam per kilogram of towels.

Where it fits: choose the T version when faster, easier loading and unloading or the look of the machine matter to you; in drying performance the standard HSG-100 does the same work. The HSG suits energy-sensitive commercial laundries and hospital linen. For hotel bath towels where fluffiness matters, stay with the HG family: the strong airflow that makes the HSG fast also flattens terry loops.
