XGQ-25F Running Costs and Component Specification
Smallest in the range: Electrical load is around 2.88 kWh, water use 400 litres for a one-wash, two-rinse cycle, and compressed air 100 L/h. Soft mounting means no special foundation, so the practical constraint is usually floor space and drainage rather than civil work.
Heating: Roughly 20 kg of steam per hour where steam is available. Most operations buying at 25 kg have no boiler and choose the electric-heated build instead.
Component specification: TWB heavy-duty bearings, Timken-licensed for commercial laundry service, SOC V-type water seals, and 304 stainless steel on water-contact parts. Small capacity does not mean a lighter component specification here.
Certification and delivery: CE (Machinery, Low Voltage, EMC) and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Lead time normally 10 to 15 days from order confirmation.
