High-Speed Automatic Towel Folding Machine for Industrial Laundries

The HTF-10 is a 1,000 mm towel folding machine for laundries that handle more than one towel size. It has two channels and two stacking outlets, so a bath towel and a hand towel can be fed together and still come out in separate stacks instead of one mixed pile. It is a standalone unit that sits downstream of the tumble dryers; towels are not ironed, so this machine belongs to a different path from the flatwork line.

Where it fits: hotel laundries, commercial plants and healthcare laundries that fold several towel sizes in the same shift — the sort of operation that would otherwise sort by hand before folding. If your volume is small items only, the HTF-8 is the narrower, single-channel machine built for that work. One caution for spec sheets: a towel folder is rated in pieces per hour, not in metres per minute. The m/min figure belongs to a linen folder for sheets and duvet covers, a different machine on a different line, and comparing the two numbers side by side tells you nothing.
